Our story begins with Brownstone Building and Redevelopment has evolved into Mill River Homes today. In 2010, Brownstone started as a distressed property company, focusing on buying distressed homes, renovating them, and reselling. In 2013 they acquired their first piece of raw land, ultimately building 6 custom farmhouse-style homes in Dartmouth, MA. That project was the beginning of the new construction division and from there, the new construction team went on to build multiple projects, including Taunton’s Pinehurst Street, Hart’s Landing Condominiums and Woodbine Street.  Fast forward to the present, they are currently managing The Preserve at Run Brook Circle, a 27 Lot subdivision, Britannia Landing, a 16 Unit condo project, both in Taunton, as well as many new construction projects in the Southeastern Massachusetts area.

This new construction division has evolved into the present-day Mill River Homes, a premier area builder who focuses on building smart home plans, with carefully selected materials using local craftsmen.
