Prior to your warranty service appointments, please keep a cumulative list of warrantable items.
Complete the form below and select either the 3 month or the 11 month option. Once received, someone from our warranty division will reach out to set up a walk through with a Mill River Homes Representative. From there, we will set up a warranty appointment with all necessary subcontractors, and ideally we would like to minimize the number of visits our subcontractors or staff make to your home once occupied and will do our best to schedule them for one day.

3 MONTH WARRANTY –
